Experienced & creative Chef in a Food-truck.

My roots are French, Spanish and Italian. Since my childhood, I have been lulled by this mixture of culture, languages and of course cuisine. I am used to mixing different flavors and cuisines, which makes everything unique and surprising! Combining sweet and savory is sublime and gives you that little extra, creating difference. Why not cook a beef Bourguignon and add a dash of chocolate, with “Espelette” chili pepper to the sauce and serve it as a burger? Imagine cooking traditional duck with olives and serving it in dumplings with an orange and sweet chili sauce?

Mix it up by slow cooking free range pork with Lemon & Paeroa to make pulled pork?

At Urban Flair, I create and mix different cuisine and flavors, revisit traditional dishes and re-imagine it as street food, combining together the most delicious and unexpected flavors. Let my dishes take you to a different world, awaken memories and make you smile.

At Urban Flair, we are supporting small Kiwi businesses and that is why we are only working with local suppliers and small businesses. Wherever possible we use free range and organic products.

Utilising Biodegradable, Eco Friendly and sustainable packaging, containers and cutlery is an important part of our business.

I am available for all types of events and catering from Weddings, Corporate Events, Birthday party, Private Dinners to markets with the food truck with a large range of menu items, fancy or classics.

I am also a private chef and I do 2, 3, 4 or 5 courses fine dining dinner at home.

I will come to your home or the place of your choice and do all the cooking, and you can observe and interact with me in the comfort of your own kitchen while focusing on your guests.
